Lost 4 pounds last week. Mostly due to an increased physical activity (mostly walking) and cutting out breakfast. 

I’m ever so slowly cutting my eating window. I’m aiming to cut down to a 6 hour window between 1 PM and 7 PM

I’ve never been one for baking, but I decided to take the plunge and make bread. I started off with a sourdough starter, but I tried to use whole wheat flour, and that didn’t work out the best. It did make an eatable loaf, but it was dense.

So now I’ve moved to basic bread flour, yeast, salt, water. This is only my 3rd loaf, and it turned out great. Using a bread pan meant I was able to cut the bread into sandwich slices.

However, I still want to make sourdough, so I’m working on a new starter. *fingers crossed*

13 oz warm water
1.5 tsp salt
1.25 tsp yeast
3.5 cups flour
1.5 hour prove in over light
roll in flower
place in pan
prove 30 min.
Bake @ 400 for 40 min
